Hello, I’m Ngawang, Program and Engagement Officer at Impact Hub Thimphu, where I also contribute to graphic design and communications. My role allows me to support the development of programs and community initiatives that empower entrepreneurs and changemakers across Bhutan.

Alongside program coordination and engagement support, I enjoy bringing ideas to life visually — translating initiatives into creative designs and clear communications that resonate with our audience. For me, strong ecosystems are built not only through meaningful programs, but also through storytelling that inspires participation and connection.

I’m passionate about creating experiences that feel engaging, accessible, and impactful — whether that’s through a well-run session, a collaborative event, or a thoughtfully designed visual.

A motivated computer science student with strong programming, data analysis, and problem-solving abilities. Skilled in Python, Java, web development, and WordPress, with a keen interest in harnessing technology to create innovative and impactful solutions. Passionate about exploring artificial intelligence, software development, and cybersecurity, and actively seeking opportunities to apply expertise and contribute to transformative projects.

Kuzu Zangpo La I’m Tandin, the HR & Admin Coordinator and Graphic Designer at Impact Hub Thimphu. My work lives at the intersection of operational excellence and creative storytelling. I’m onboarding talent and streamlining policies or designing visual identities for workshops and projects, I focus on making processes smoother and messages clearer. I thrive on supporting purpose-driven projects with where my mix of people skills and creative craft can make every day work smoother.

How I Can Support You
I bridge the gap between spreadsheets and storyboards. I help you manage the “behind-the-scenes” of our organization handling people and administration with Situation, while bringing our brand to life through professional design, photography, and video. I stay calm under pressure and ensure our team culture is as vibrant as your visual content.

Over the past four years, I’ve had the privilege of mentoring young entrepreneurs — from classroom bootcamps to national innovation programs. My work focuses on helping founders turn simple ideas into market-ready solutions while building confidence, clarity, and creativity along the way. I also lead startup programs, design entrepreneurship challenges, and support early-stage founders through various programs and platforms.
