Kuzu Zangpo La. I’m Deki Yangzom, Accountant at Impact Hub Thimphu, where I ensure our financial foundation is solid, transparent, and aligned with our mission to support entrepreneurs and strengthen Bhutan’s economy.

My work is about more than numbers—it’s about accountability and trust. I manage our finances with precision and integrity, ensuring every resource is allocated thoughtfully and accounted for clearly. I work to make our financial health visible to leadership, funders, and stakeholders, so everyone understands how we’re using the resources entrusted to us.

Behind every grant we receive, every invoice we pay, and every financial report we file is a responsibility to our community. I take that seriously. How I Support You


I manage Impact Hub’s complete financial operations. I handle accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, financial reconciliation, and month-end and year-end closing. I prepare accurate financial statements and reports for leadership, donors, and regulatory bodies.

I support budget planning and forecasting, helping leadership understand our financial position and make informed decisions about resource allocation. I identify financial risks early and recommend solutions before they become problems.

I stay organized, detail-oriented, and proactive—catching discrepancies quickly, maintaining clean records, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations. I communicate financial information clearly so non-financial team members can understand our position and contribute to sustainable decision-making.


My goal is straightforward: keep our finances healthy, transparent, and trustworthy so Impact Hub can focus on our mission without worry.
