About Me
Kuzu Zangpo La. I’m Tashi Tshering, Product Architect at Impact Hub Thimphu, where I design scalable solutions that transform ideas into sustainable, user-centered products.
My work bridges strategic vision and technical execution. I architect product ecosystems from first principles—defining systems, flows, and infrastructure that enable growth while remaining flexible enough to evolve with market needs. I think deeply about how products serve people: not just what they do, but why they matter and how they create lasting value.
I believe great architecture is invisible. It removes friction, enables teams to move faster, and creates foundations strong enough to support tomorrow’s ambitions. Whether I’m designing a new platform, optimizing existing systems, or planning our technology roadmap, I ensure every decision serves our mission: empowering entrepreneurs to build sustainable, impact-driven businesses in Bhutan.
How I Support You
I own the full product architecture lifecycle. I translate business goals into technical strategy, design system blueprints that balance innovation with stability, and define the infrastructure needed to scale. I work closely with product teams, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure our architecture supports both current needs and future growth.
I anticipate technical debt before it becomes burden, architect for resilience and maintainability, and make strategic tradeoffs consciously—choosing simplicity where it matters and sophistication where it creates real value.
I thrive on solving complex design challenges, thinking systemically about how parts work together, and building technical foundations that give teams confidence to innovate. My goal is straightforward: create architecture that enables your product vision to succeed.
