Over the past years, our team and community of changemakers have collaborated with government and entrepreneur support organizations to empower Bhutanese innovators and drive meaningful social and economic change.
A thriving Bhutan where innovation, entrepreneurship, and social business create shared prosperity, meaningful work, and collective wellbeing.
We inspire, connect, and enable a new generation of impact makers — including youth, entrepreneurs, and innovators — through programs, consultancies, community building, and online learning to support them in making a positive social and environmental impact.
Government and ESO’s initiatives are equipping young people with skills, mentorship, and opportunities to succeed. By connecting these innovators with resources, networks, and guidance, we help them turn ideas into ventures that strengthen communities and contribute to Bhutan’s sustainable development.
We believe in the power of collective action. By connecting entrepreneurs, social businesses, organizations, and government partners, we drive collaboration across sectors to tackle Bhutan’s social, environmental, and economic challenges.
Every day, we meet Bhutanese innovators who show that positive change is possible. We help them find, develop, and scale solutions that create sustainable enterprises, improve livelihoods, foster wellbeing, and strengthen communities.
