About Me

Kuzu Zangpo La. I’m Yeshi Samdup, Co-Founder of Impact Hub Thimphu, where I work alongside our team to build an organization that genuinely serves entrepreneurs and strengthens Bhutan’s innovation ecosystem.

My journey has been about asking hard questions: What does it mean to support changemakers? How do we create spaces where people can take risks, fail safely, and build businesses aligned with Gross National Happiness? How do we remain grounded in our mission even as we grow?

As co-founder, I wear many hats—from shaping organizational strategy and culture to solving immediate operational challenges. But underneath all of it is a commitment to creating something that matters: a space where entrepreneurs aren’t just building businesses, they’re building solutions to the problems they care about most. Every decision we make—who we hire, what programs we launch, how we allocate resources—reflects that core belief.

I believe impact organizations succeed when they stay close to the people they serve. That means listening more than talking, staying humble about what we don’t know, and being willing to adapt when reality shows us a better path.

How I Support You

I provide strategic leadership and organizational vision. I help shape our programs, partnerships, and culture to ensure they serve entrepreneurs authentically. I navigate complex stakeholder relationships—government bodies, donors, community partners—to create opportunities for our community.

I’m here to remove barriers, connect people and resources, and ensure IHT remains true to its mission as we grow. I think long-term about organizational health, sustainability, and how we measure impact beyond metrics.

I stay grounded in our community, listen to what founders actually need, and make decisions informed by both data and deep knowledge of Bhutan’s entrepreneurial landscape. My commitment is simple: build an organization that entrepreneurs trust and that genuinely changes their capacity to succeed.
