Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation 60 days or more before the retreat start date:
– Refund of all remaining payments made for the cancelled retreat.
2. Cancellation 59-30 days before the retreat start date:
– 50% refund of all remaining payments made for the cancelled retreat.
3. Cancellation less than 30 days before the retreat start date:
– No further refunds will be provided.
In the event that the retreat is cancelled by Founders Retreat before the departure date for reasons other than Force Majeure and not due to participant’s fault or negligence, the following options are available:
– Substitute retreat of equivalent or superior value.
– Substitute retreat of lesser value with a refund of the price difference.
– Full refund of all payments made for the cancelled retreat.
Founders Retreat shall not be liable for any incidental expenses or consequential losses resulting from the cancellation. We reserve the right to issue a full refund at our discretion. If a significant element of the retreat cannot be provided after departure, suitable alternative arrangements will be made where possible. If alternatives are not feasible or reasonably rejected, a refund for unused products or services may be provided.
